…. Telephony technology is at a point where most vendors can meet the needs of a business; my primary concern with a vendor is Customer Service. In the Health Care industry downtime is unacceptable. If I have an outage I have a very brief window to restore service. This necessitates a service provider who can respond almost immediately. I have been working directly with TEI for over five years and they have been servicing our company since 1996. They have always responded to my needs. They dispatched someone immediately and if it was an issue that could be handled remotely they were into my system within 15 minutes. I have multi sites networked with close to 500 extensions and my down time is less than 1%. TEI excels with solid quality service and products.
